In the year of 2006, Oliven tuition centre was first established in Kulaijaya, Johor Bahru. At that time, the capacity of space occupied only one floor out of the three storeys shop lots. Just with a banner in front of the shop, we attracted around twenty students. Even so, our teachers were still enthusiastic about education, and never forsook this group of students. Under the patient guidance of teachers, each student developed their potential, and obtained excellent results in the academic. By the testimony of these students and the supports from their parents, our numbers of Students constantly increased within the next six months.

In the beginning of 2007, students had increased up to five hundred and above. We recruited teachers with a lot of passions and experienced in education so that it will be beneficial to the students. In order to provide a comfortable learning environment for the students, we took over the whole three storeys shop lot. At the same time, we started an Art Studio and enable the students to build up their interest in other areas besides academic.

In the year of 2008, the numbers in our centre had reached up to eight hundred. Therefore, there wasn’t any hesitation on the cost of expenditure, we expanded to two shops of three storeys shop lots. Furthermore, we set up Oliven Training Centre.

In the year of 2009, our number of students from tuition centre had reached one thousand and above. Apart from general courses, we started social programs after school. This will enable the students to learn daily in this place. In order to have an orderly management, we set up the company, Oliven Education Sdn Bhd.

In the year of 2010, we established the first Oliven Pre-school, which caters for four to six years old children. Because of this, We expanded to eight shop lots. Furthermore, at the same year, we set up a Language Centre.

In the year of 2012, Oliven had established Primary and Secondary School. The schools provide two education systems which is academic and physical education or technical skill. The registration opened and the response was good. We estimated our new school building will be completed in the year 2013. Currently we are using the shop lots until the building is completed. At this moment, we have more than fifty teachers who share the same direction and vision in building up our next generation for the country.
